The emmys were up against the Cowboys/Packers game on nbc. I heard the game had high ratings. It’s no surprise the emmys got smoked as bad as the Packers got smoked by the Cowboys.
It shows where America’s soul really is. Once upon a time, the Oscars aired the same night as the NCAA Basketball championship game. The NCAA kept their schedule. The Oscars moved. Hollywood always overrates it’s actual influence on the American pubic.
I didn’t even know they were scheduled to be ON! Who cares about the Hollywood elite? They are so high on themselves it defies logic anyway. Too bad they don’t see themselves as WE see them (hint: losers)
