Mr. Winner began his career in the political world, working within the legislative and executive branches of the state and federal governments, and in senior management positions in numerous national, state and local campaigns.
He co-founded Winner & Associates in 1975
Mr. Winner is also a partner in Winner & Mandabach Campaigns. Formed in 1986, Winner & Mandabach has directed more than 150 ballot measure campaigns with a 90% success rate.
Paul Mandabach (b. 1948) is a partner in the firm of Winner & Mandabach Campaigns, a political consulting firm in southern California that specializes in ballot measure campaigns.
In 2007, Mandabach gave $1,000 to the Al Franken for U.S. Senate campaign, $2,300 to the Hillary Clinton for President campaign, and $1,000 to the John Edwards for President campaign. In 2004, he donated to the John Kerry for President campaign.
Mandabach invests in thoroughbred horse ownership, and is a part owner of “Domestic Dispute” and “Statement”.
You would think he would have the good sense to hide his activities on youtube. Maybe he doesn’t really understand how these internets work.
