This is baffling and disappointing. The good news is that when Sarah Palin is the VP she'll still be a stalwart supporter of America's best ally in that part of the world, the world's only democracy, and a nation with deep and abiding ties to the US since WWII. No matter how small-minded her critics may be, she's going to remain faithful to her prejudices, which includes Israel.
