Or the dozens of other "vicious" pit bulls, rotterweilers, and german shepherds rolling around in the floor with kids, playing with baby ducks, and taking naps with kittens. Those of you attacking the animals, they didn't turn that way overnight. Go after the thugs who abuse the dogs and turn them into monsters. They're the ones who cause these tragedies, and the ones who should be held responsible.

When I have kids, I'll much prefer having a 100+ canine following them around all day, spending 99% of its time as a big teddy bear but smart enough to drag them away from the road and loyal enough to put themselves between the kid and any criminal.

Anyone having any experience with dogs from good, loving homes has seen the way a dog wants to make its owners happy. They'll do anything to protect "their" humans. They also recognize kids as different, and treat them with a whole new level of protection.

Yes they will and therein lies the problem. They see everyone as the enemy and they don't stop till a person is a dead bloody mess. And as far as recognizing that children are different, why do they kill so many children, then?

I watched both videos and I’m heading to bed - if I can go to sleep. I mean - in the first video - that toddler is savaging the poor dog - it’s terrible, and will keep me awake all night!!!!

That's great, of course, if you're interested in finding someone to hold responsible.

Myself, I think finding someone to punish is too little, too late...why should something like this have to happen before a dog can be removed?
