He needs to be honest with the American people about exactly what has happened here. He needs to explain it in terms people can understand. He needs to hang this around Obama, the Rat caucus, and the Democrat leadership’s neck!

Don’t kid yourself. The blame is bipartisan. There are very few innocent in Congress or the WH during the past 32 years or so.
