.

Sen. Chuckie Schumer is as corrupt as can be found

When in the DA’s office it was widely know he could be bought by a criminal defendant

It was not “if”

It was “how much”

If the 1st Amendment can override a law designed to protect national security, it most likely can override a more mundane law dealing with receiving stolen goods.

If the First Amendment gives a pass on all other laws, then perhaps we could all own tanks and howitzers (not to mention machine guns and anti-tank rockets) under the Second. The notion that no restrictions apply might come in handy in the next few years, especially in the instance of a right which "shall not be infringed.".

However, the court has also commented about shouting "Fire!" in a crowded theater...

If you are correct in that the media may break laws at will and hide behind the First Amendment, no wonder they think they are the "elite": they are (they are beyond the law).

I know, it’s amazing to me that they keep saying that she used it for official business.

The hacker, however, has committed a felony, will be caught, and if GWB has any gonads, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. ............................ And await pardon if Obama should win. Why anyone would want him to win is beyond me, but I felt the same way about Kerry and he came close.

I’m concerned, since his father has money and connections, the 20 year old will get NO JAIL TIME! In which case we must organize protest marches every day in front of the court house. He MUST NOT be allowed to get NO jail time. It would not be fair. If he gets just probation, he will be laughing every day about it!
