What’s that?

I’ve watched “Screw Loose Change” but that’s about as far as I have gone into that looney movement.

The way I understand the term is when an attack is launched in such a manner as to make it appear that someone other than the attacker committed it.

They (the truthers) imply that the Bush administration was behind the 9-11 attacks but deliberately made it look like it was the Muslim terrorists. This was done (purportedly) to give the Administration the excuse to invade Iraq.
