Don't you get it? When BO went on his victory tour, in his warped mind, he believed he was already ruler of earth. His greeting in Berlin, citizens of the world, people of Berlin (something like that), he failed to mentioned citizens of the United States.
That omission said it all. He hates this country. It's just a stepping stone for him to take power but he really hates it. His wife imo hates this country AGAIN and couldn't keep up the act any more so she went bk to Illinois.
