Promise them? I think he scared the hell out of them. What does Barry Obama have on the Iraqi’s? IMO, he tried to shake down the Iraqi govt and they didn’t budge. Shortly thereafter, he cancelled his visit w/troops in the hospital in Germany. IMO, he didn’t need them at that point and went to the hotel gym instead. BO’s a meglomaniac. Seriesly.
