CNN is having a hit piece on Governor Palin right now. They’re interviewing people who don’t like her, naturally.
I couldn’t watch more than a few minutes. Obama said he is concentrating on McCain. He’s leaving the Governor to the media and his team of lawyers. They just keep piling on.

It is amazing how loved and popular she is with the coordinated 24/7 slimefest against by the Dems/media.

That would be the good ol' boys that she keeps talking about. I saw the show. CNN interviewed the mayor that Sarah defeated -- twice. He all but admitted having a severe case of sour grapes. In response to a direct question that included Sarah's accomplishments as mayor, the defeated mayor could not bring himself to say that he thought she was not a good mayor.

CNN also interviewed Trooper Wooten and his union representative. When asked about allegations of improper conduct, the trooper was defensive, evasive, and not credible. The CNN report further outlined other complaints that had been filed against him. Most important, it does mention Palin's explanation that she fired the head of the state police because he refused to go along with her budget requests.

Some hit piece (although I'm not disputing that CNN intended it in part as such). In fact, I thought it was much more positive than negative.
