Just how the heck did anyone get a picture of McCain getting rescued... These folks don't look like the type to just happen to carry a camera on them during war.

Probably a photo taken by the Viet Cong for propoganda purposes. Obviously, a number of people knew the plane crashed into the lake and the Viet Cong wanted to get a picture of "the people" defending their country.

Remember, this wasn't a remote lake in the countryside. It was in the city of Hanoi.
