" younger Americans tend to be more eco-conscious than seniors..."

do young Americans know how to gut a pig, grow a fruitful garden, fix their own car, plow a field, can vegetables, or even stare in wonder at the night sky without the "beep" of a text message on their cell phones?

God help us!

as i watch my father grow older, and look around at the youth of today, i cannot but wonder where all of the true grit our ancestors showed has gone.

sadly, i think that we are a dying nation.

"sadly, i think that we are a dying nation."

I think we are a spoiled nation. As for "global warming" most of those brainwashed youth and those that brainwash them are hypocrites. They are the biggest energy gluttons of all, and waste even more trying to get their global warming message out.

How does a 'global warming' rock concert help global warming? thousands of people drive their cars to an arena to the event. At the event, tons of garbage is produced, mega voltages are used to light up the place, power huge amplifiers, and of course the event promoters sell all kinds of propaganda, memento's, all of which takes from the environment. "Musicians" jet in from all over the place, burning tons of jet fuel, while fleets of semi trucks take the land route hauling all their roadies and equipment.

What a bunch of hypocrites.

They should promote that all their fans stay home and download their music (for free) instead.
