I just spoke to The Mom. She and Eaker are OK...they just don't have any power. As far as they can tell right now, they've lost their backyard fence and some tree branches.

this is still a huge storm.. what still is south & over the gulf is impressive looking. I cant interpret what it will do but would not want that heading over me.

We're fine here in Baton Rouge, although we had strong wind yesterday and through the night.
