Does anybody know what time sunrise is supposed to be in Houston??

I can hardly bare to read the reports here this morning of people calling for help in houses being destroyed.

I want to say this..."HOW MANY TIMES WERE THEY TOLD THEY FACED CERTAIN DEATH?"!! People, in order to deal with this, we must hold on to that.
