Just checking in to let you know we're OK. No power or phones at home but we do have hot and cold running water. My little section of Galveston Bay (high end of Seabrook) is sandwiched in-between areas of devastation, but my area did not flood and our homes are still standing. We are blessed. The cold front that blew in afterwards is a true blessing. We have a generator so we're all good.
