KHOU or ABC13 had this quite awhile back. They said over 50% in that report and that dad was burned mostly in the face from going upstairs to rescue her. Both were listed in critical condition. Transformer blew and the place went up like a tinderbox.
I have seen transformers go pop. you dont want to be near that.
