About the media....and the sheeple....
Well, I think you know we are all right there with you in your frustration. You are doing GREAT, and you, and your neighbors will continue to chart your course, and get back to where you want/need to be. I know we are all over the nation, and the world for that matter, but please, let us know how we can help.

Too bad the Gov didn’t say “Look, MoFo... we have to get first responders at the staging areas, deploy them all over the Coast, try to get through the debris or clear the debris and then get through, make sure the pre-arranged distribution location is secure THEN alert the media. How stupid are you people, really?”
Talking to my Hispanic neighbors I found out that they are not at all impressed with the O.
One thing I didn’t mention, in our subdivision most people have piles of debris at their curb already. Many of them started the clean up yesterday. The contrast is startling. Neighbors I talked to had little time or patience with Sheila and her whining.
