If the kill switch doesn't work, surely grinding the prop into pavement would? This story seems too weird...maybe it was a landlubber reporter.

I kept thinking lightning short-started it? Like sometimes I had to start my ‘65 Stang with a screwdiver across the solenoid.

I saw the report, NN. Only Mighty Mouse could have picked up the front end of that yacht. Come to think of it, maybe Geraldo could have grabbed the prop with his bare hands and stopped it.:)
