The man speaking is Steve LeBlanc, the Galveston City Manager. Water and sewage to the west part of the island is cut off, not to the whole island as I’d heard earlier.

I understand there are still roughly 10,000 people left in Galveston?
Boy I hope we’re wrong and this wall of water doesn’t come in and across the island.
