Where is Bolivar?

Port Bolivar is just NE of Galveston Island - it is the Eastern barrier island across Galveston Bay, and the main channel entrance into the bay separates them. A ferry connects the two. It’s pretty telling that it is already getting cut off.

Im sure you have already seen post 430, also pronounced "BALL LIVER" by the locals. Not the typical spanish BOL E VAR.
