They can’t do it they would need to change all of the state ballots.

This is all pure speculation so far but it’s pretty funny nonetheless! It calls to mind Rudi’s admonition that Biden had better have gotten the V.P. offer in writing!

Barry’s biggest decision was who was going to be his VP...

If he can’t stick with that after a month- then I’m guessing John and Sarah will pounce, pounce, pounce on that gaffe...

One hopes it does happen- then one can also hope it doesn’t happen...

One would think he’s had his chance to recruit the woman but she’d be one, um, trip away from the big chair..
How could she pass it up?

Short of a serious and real medical condition there is no way Biden steps down. Whatever would be gained from putting Hillary on the ticket would be more than lost by a clear sign of a campaign falling apart. McCain would win in a landslide.

Not to mention Hillary might turn down the offer.

This kind of smarmy deal reeks of Billyboy and Obama, but Hillary won't want to take sloppy seconds behind doofus Biden. What self-respecting control freak wants to be seen as second choice for second place, when she can have it all in four short years? Besides, there is the nasty-ass "first lady in waiting" who apparently hates Hillary getting anywhere near her baby-daddy.(barf,wretch, heave)

“she is qualified to be president of the United States of America, she’s easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America and quite frankly it might have been a better pick than me.”

Why would Biden say this, it is such a strange thing for him to say during this stage? It is so weird. Maybe they are contemplating her stepping in? Could it be? Would they?!!!!

Does anyone have a state-by-state listing of the last days a name can be changed on the ballots? Here in Texas, that date has already passed, it was August 26th.

According to what I've read, in Texas, before the Democrat and Republican conventions were even over, the date had already passed for Obama and McCain to even get on the ballot.

Good question. I don’t even know my state’s cut off date. But remember that Lautenberg replaced Torricelli on the dem NJ senator ticket after the cutoff date. Republicans challenged it but the NJ supreme court ruled the dems could do it and the US Supreme court refused to hear the case. Yeah, I know this is kinda different.

BHO is gonna have to dance here. The Clintons are calling the tune. If he loses (and that looks pretty strong right now) that opens the door for Hillary to be the dem nominee in 2012. If he took on Hillary and were to win (which I don’t think will happen) the Clinton’s would run roughshod over him. Bambi would be 3rd in command.

Either way, Obam-uh-uh-uh loses.

Exactly. Hillary couldn’t win AMONG DEMOCRATS.

Wait till the Republicans and independents get ahold of her.

They could replace Biden with a woman, but it will not be Her Heinous. She cannot risk a second loss this year.

I predict that if they put Hillary on the ticket, they will actually lose support. Everyone who said how happy they were with Biden will look like chumps.

Plane crash, auto accident, fatal Psoriasis. It has to be made to appear as something Zero has no control over. Biden killed while saving Sarah's child might work.

Rush mentioned this last week, I believe. That some “unfortunate” circumstance may prohibit Biden from being on the ticket.

I can easily see this happening.
