The only way that Biden is going to drop out as VP is if he’s replaced by Obama (who moves down to make room for Hillary). But that’s not going to happen either, it would make the Dems look like idiots to change change horses in midstream.
The root cause of Obama’s Veep problem is that Johnny Edwards can’t keep his zipper up. From what I’ve heard, Obama had already picked Edwards to be VP nominee (and was just waiting till the convention to announce it). But once the Enquirer busted Edwards at that hotel with his baby mama, Obama had to scramble for another nominee.

Posner’s book has been shot full of so many holds it is completely discredted. I read it and even own a copy. There is nothing in the Lone Assassin theory which holds water. In particular, there is no motive since Oswald is on record of having been an admirer of JFK.
Jack Rudy is the clearest evidence that the Official Explanation is a joke. He had been involved in Mafia/CIA activities in Cuba from before Castro took power. None of the classified info from CIA/FBI files was available to the Warren Commission. It was kept from them because of a fear that it would show a conspiracy which could have been blamed on Cuba or the USSR.
Mafia political hits were set up with a “patsy” available to take the blame, a dead patsy. Guatamala in the mid 50s was the prototype political hit. Oswald was manipulated by a Carlos Marcello operative, Guy Banister, while in New Orleans to bring him to the attention of the media as “communist”. Oswald’s uncle was a bookmaker for the Marcello ring.
Traficante’s lawyer, Rugano, has stated that T confessed that he was part of a plot to kill JFK. Traficante had been run out of the country to avoid the Senate Committee JFK and RFK were running against the mafia, Marcello had been literally kidnapped and thrown into the jungles of Guatamala and Hoffa was RFK’s favorite whipping boy. They all were reported by informants as threatening JFK.
Jack Rudy was part of Marcello’s outfit through Joe Civello in Dallas. The idea that he shot Oswald for any love of JFK or concern for Jackie is as laughable as it gets.

All the “evidence” proving Oswald the lone killer is so inconsistent and shoddy it would never hold up to examination. Virtually every claim about the case is invalid. Particularly laughable is the claim that LHO, a poor shot, could carry a rifle back and forth across Texas and La. reassemble it and shoot JFK with no practice no sighting in the sights. Expert snipers have said they could not duplicate the shooting and it has not been done even with stationary targets.
The Army Ordinance Laboratory technicians were afraid to even fire it for fear it would blow up in their faces. The sights were so misaligned the Lab had to physically shim it up to get any accuracy from the notoriously inaccurate gun. And the Magik Bullet is beyond laughable getting into the Surreal. It is something only the media could swallow. And that is exactly who was pushing Posner as hard has it could.
And the claim about an inability to accept that a loser could kill the magnificent JFK is just another misdirection.
Anyone who knows any American history can tell you that it was just such a character who shot at Andrew Jackson; killed
Garfield; killed McKinley; shot at Teddy; shot at Ford; wounded Reagan; killed the Mayor of Chicago, Carter Harrison. It is a claim which answers nothing since it is easy to believe or even KNOW about just that kind of thing happening. It did not happen here.

Thats what I was hoping to help make come about by posting this article. We HAVE to get out in front of this, just in case. Every talking head should be made to cover the possibility that Biden might step down and that it would be cravinly done to increase Obama’s electability and NOT because of whatever personal reason Biden may think up.

What I said. Loads of freepers on this thread have scoffed at the idea. I say to them that if it does happen, no matter how remote the possibility it seems now, won’t they look stupid if it happens and we did nothing to get out in front of this before. The flip side is that if we DO get out in front of this and Biden stays in, no harm no foul. In fact, making a ruckus about the possibility only highlights the failings of the Obama campaign.

I thought of that too. You might be right, but you need to take into consideration that his son Beau would probably take his place in the Senate. Biden wouldn’t exactly be ejected from the halls of power. Just there by proxy.
Uh... almost, but not quite. But that's a real good way to start a list! But I've been thinking overnight about a few reasons BHO should not even consider dumping Biden for medical reasons:
1. Compared to Dick Cheney, Joe Biden's medical history is about as serious as a sunburn.
2. There's this eligibility lawsuit still out there in Philadelphia.... filed by a Democrat supporter of The Hill.... and mysterious documents have a magical way of appearing or disappearing in the hands of the Clintons....
3. Let's see: putting Hillary one step from the Oval Office makes me think of one word that Obama really oughta consider soberly: "Arkancide."
