The Charlie Gibson show already aired. Only part of it was his interview with her, I think. But you can see 13-14 minutes worth of it in two Youtube segments. Dunno if that's all of it.
On Nightline tonight, there are going to feature some of it. (Perhaps even footage they didn't air on Gibson's show?)
And I heard 20/20 tomorrow will have footage.
Parts I (10:31 long) and II (2:43) are at:
Hello. I’m Twinkie. Twinkies don’t lie. Governor Palin did a TERRIFIC job! Charlie Gibson came off looking like Bratty, Nasty Ned in the First Reader. The McCain camp picked him because they knew he would be tough and that she had the mettle to take him on. Starting with a lightweight would have just meant the media would be hounding her endlessly to sit for an interview with a “real” jounalist. - Too bad the “real” journalists are Ned in the First Reader and can’t seem to quit softballing Senator Obama. Maybe they’ll lose their audience if they don’t start acting like adults.
Wife commented that she’s watched Gibson for years and always thought he was laid back and easy going - but she never saw him as nasty and pushy as he was tonight - maybe his bosses at ABC were on him to be hard on Palin.....
Thanks - but - what about the entire interview, with her statements about economic sanctions, etc?
your welcome.. I jus watched it... Charlie G is a scumbag. had to play gotch.. didn’t work
Look's like Sarah Palin may be God sent.
Overall, Sarah Palin did very well, better than expected.
Good conservatives should welcome liberal interviewers (but not editors!) because they allow conservatives a chance to demonstrate grace under pressure, which they would not otherwise be able to demonstrate nearly as well.
Honestly, they butchered and edited her interview so badly that much of it (anything that was really, really good, I’m sure) ended up on the cutting room floor. I suppose it was the time slot I watched it in, earlier in the day.
Meantime, we get to hear loud and clear Barack’s promise to INVADE Pakistan without a fare-thee-well, toot sweet. Palin had the tact not to arrogantly tweak the nose of a sovereign country or seem to be announcing how she was going to usurp the PRESIDENT’S (remember John McCain) authority.
