Moment of Truth in Iraq. He is quite critical of the Bush administration in the early years, supportive of the "surge," but provides a MUCH different view of how we are winning, block by block and neighborhood by neighborhood. He loves Petraeus.
He will disappoint those "turn it to glass" Freepers, and notes that the one thing Iraqi boys want to be more than anything else . . .

I try not to read too many books about Iraq while I'm here (reading is an escape), but have made exceptions on occasions. ;-)
