The crowd cheered because the heard the “brand” as you called it being used against the republicans.. just as Republican crowds have cheered when they heard the line “change is not a destination and hope is not a strategy”.

LIbs believe Palin is the lipstick on McCain’s pig, that she’s done nothing, has nothing, is all show and just a pretty face. They cheered because that’s exactly what Fauxbama said, and used her “brand” to say it.

Now, there is no doubt how stupid this is for Fauxbama, as it creates a needless controversey he has to defend himself against, but its a disingenuous attack by the McCain campaign, they know damned well what Fauxbama actually said, and what was meant by it. Its a good thing strategically what they did, but it cheapens the campaign, there are so many things Fauxbama has said and done that don’t need to be taken out of context that latching onto this one like this is frankly embarrassing.

The McCain campaign has disappointed me with this, we can do better. We’re winning by taking the higher road and making sure when we do criticize Fauxbama its on legitimate issues and differences, and now here we give credence to the liberal claims of out of context quotes and misrepresentations.

Talk about upside-down spinning. You're telling us that the comment was to show that "...she's done nothing, has nothing, is all show and just a pretty face" and that of all the animals picked to depict "just a pretty face," he chose "pig" because his friend, Kermy the Frog thinks pigs are "hot."

Just wow.

The crowd cheered because the heard the “brand” as you called it being used against the republicans.. just as Republican crowds have cheered when they heard the line “change is not a destination and hope is not a strategy”.

I can't even guess what you're saying here. Try again. But this time as you say it, keep in mind that it wasn't even only a "cheer" but a "standing ovation." So keep in mind that whatever the "output" was -- whatever the crowd heard -- it would have been so energetic that it got the Democratic crowd to give him a standing ovation.

(A tough spin assignment I know...but if you want that PR degree, you'll muddle thru it.)
