No wonder Obama is having trouble convincing people to give him more money.
Yes!
The American West comes through once again!
Nobody wants to buy fishing rods for a boat that’s sinking.
:-D
Keep fighting! Let’s think Mondale style defeat here.
I never thought Montana was an actual battleground state, but it is nice to get some confirmation on that.
Look for the Obama campaign to find ONE state with polls showing them in the lead or real close, a state where McCain needs to be win or is expected to win. They will drive the media to that state. I'm thinking it will be either Colorado or Florida.
bad => bag
Well, what do expect from a state full of bitter gun clingers living in insignificant towns of under 10,000 people. It’s not like they are REAL americans, right?
(need I add a sarcasm tag?)
“Your GUNS?! Your silly guns?! I already TOLD you cracker-assed rednecks that I don’t have enough votes to take them away! This CAN’T be the reason you provincial paranoid simpletons won’t vote for me! ... IT’S BECAUSE I’M BLACK, ISN’T IT?!”
Really?
Hubris is a narcotic for that man. Yowza.
Any new polls on Nevada?
I was checking RCP earlier. and most of the polls in the south are going the same way.
Obama has all but gave up on every Southern state with the exception of Virginia.
No Democrat has ever won the white house without carrying 4 or 5 southern states.
Didn’t Obama have a highly publicized stop there on his way to Denver? And Biden was there last week. So much for all that. Look for Obama to pull out his dozens of paid staffers there there and hunker down in NM or CO.
I recall a host of one of the fox shows mentioning that O had spent large amounts of money campaigning there. Not sure of where I could even find the stats on that.
that’s odd this Dim thought they had it wrapped up this AM, from the Washington Times, movin’ to Montana soon gonna be a dental floss tycoon.
“From what I’ve heard from people here, there is a general impression she was well-received because of her speech, but looking at the bigger picture, I don’t think she will have any effect on the race in Montana,” said state Democratic Chairman Dennis McDonald.
“The reason is that Senator Obama has been here five times since this spring and summer, the last time nine days ago, and has opened up 16 campaign offices statewide. McCain has not been here in eight years and has no presence in the state,” he said.
There goes the 57... er... 50 state strategy.
