I'm posting this for Lily who sent me photos and descriptions via her cell phone camera. She can provide details of the rally--if she ever comes back to earth! She had a blast.
Hope other Freepers will post stories and pics from rallies in their areas.

I’m in the process of posting to YouTube the (rather crummy, if I do say so myself) videos I took of both Palin’s and McCain’s stump speeches. The speeches themselves were pretty good, very well received, but nothing that dedicated Freepers haven’t heard before. Which is a GOOD thing!
I’ll link here at FR, or you can check my blog . . . in a while. Having some upload problems tonight.
I was struck with how very NORMAL the crowd was, waiting in line to get in. Very civilized, very . . . real Americans. It made me happy.
