To: Jim Robinson
Gov. Palin is only on the ticket to make Sen. McCain palatable.

The RNC had their speakers at the Convention.
Mel Martinez, Joe Lieberman, Rudy, Tom Ridge, Romney, etc.

They have made their choice, it is not toward Conservatism.

I would suggest at least holding off support until the Debates.

For myself, I'm leaning toward the Nuclear Option.

I will concur with BG....I do have reservations w McCain...esp his recent announcement that he will appoint “democrats” to the cabinet.

McCain is still a big problem to the conservative movement, and still not certain how much influence Palin will have if he is elected.

I respect JRs decision, but we have been burned so many times before

Because after all, McCain might say something in the dabtes that will make it smart to elect a neophyte crytocommie to be Commandr-in-Chief in a time of war.
