To: Jim Robinson

I won’t vote for a candidate for President who isn’t conservative. I’m not swayed by a v.p. choice when, on the whole, it means nothing. Besides, until we’ve heard how her positions on important issues differ from “I’ve crossed-the-isle and I’ll-appoint-democrat”’, McCain, I’ll assume she was chosen because she’s at least more lock step with McCain, than not.

He chose her because he knew he had a helluva problem with the right, especially the Christian Right. And he chose correctly. I’ll be supporting McCain-Palin knowing that she, and new young conservatives like her, represent the future of the conservative Republican party. Obama represents nothing but evil and must be, and will be, soundly defeated.

Agree. I have a familiar sick feeling conservatives are just being conned again.
