David Gregory is as much of an ass as the others. Even Tim Russert chastised him in a restaurant for Gregory's horrible treatment of a waitress. Gregory was the happiest man alive when Russert died. He was drooling to get the anchor seat on MTP. Notice that he didn't.

Gregory can be an ass sometimes but he's been a raging conservative compared to Olbermann/Matthews lately. He even went out of his way to talk up the Palin phenomenon when the others were mocking her.
Gregory adds a veneer of credibility to the biased commentary that will surround him and occasionally eminate from his mouth.
