Well it’s definitely a better method of fighting climate change than imposing taxes to stop you from doing things, like the demoncrats want to do.

Not to mention it cost a lot less than welfare:
Cost of Welfare in 2000: $434.4 billion
Cost of building these ships: about $5.3 billion
In other words this cost about 1/100 of the cost of welfare.

Not to mention that building these ships probably makes more jobs than putting people on welfare.

This is great technology to know how to do. It will increase freshwater supplies and hydro power and can be used to manage the energy that enters weather systems to prevent cyclones. The best thing about it is it is local in scale and therefore does not need UN control. I'm embarrassed by conservatives that don't want to explore new technologies that have real promise. Technology is what solves problems. The western states could not have been settled without geoengineering technology such as dams and aqueducts. This is a new technology that can increase our wealth and quality of life.
