Haven’t heard the Cuba surge numbers. The video clip mentioned water rushing in 5-6 blocks. I noted at least one sea wall in the video.

You learn a lot about Communism and its ugly hold on the population when you learn that they refused any U.S. help for the storm. It's ideology over saving lives every time with the communist beast.

Maybe if word leaks out into Cuba they might start revolting a little bit against Raul and fat Hugo who will without a doubt claim to save the Cuban people before long.
