Obama and Biden are both trying to explain their way out of the success of the surge and their vote against it. They both look pretty uncomfortable with this.
I think this conversation may be “above both of their paygrades”.
I expect to see the “Above my paygrade” line is several commercials this fall, and I look forward to it.
