If I were McCain I wouldn't spend a cent in MI, PA, WI, IA and put everything on OH, FL, VA, CO, NV and NH. That's the election. It won't get much better than 270-274 EVs.

Not necessarily. The polls that really matter are the polls the campaigns themselves take. Not these public polls.

Where McCain and Obama chose to spend their money and time will show you what these private polls tell them. That is really the opposite of what your saying.
