The hypocrisy is bloviating from the top of the democrat party. BTW, who also said "that woman", it was Bill Clinton when he was caught with Monica Lewinsky.

Bob, try moving the hamburger out of the way before you speak....as far as the foot goes, well, that’s something you should have grown used to talking around by now.

Not being able to hear the clip, I doubt even that oaf (who has had his own share of sex scandals) would say outright that a woman can’t be president.
He (and all of “them”) are terrified of “that woman” being McCain’s heir apparent, as it is all so obvious that she threatens to single-handedly drive a new, re-invigorated conservative revolution that could freeze the dems out in the cold for another generation.

“A bigwig democrat basically states that a woman can’t be President, how sexist.”
Not quite sure if he meant ANY woman or Republican Palin.

I don’t take it that way. Remember that he was a huge Hillary supporter. I think te is basically complimenting Sarah by saying that she might become president whereas his choice, Hillary, might not. It’s “tough” for him to admit it.

Beckel, she WILL be President someday - get over it.
He just can’t stomach a pro-Gun, patriotic, religious, pro-life woman being so popular.
Why a clear distinction between this classy, intelligent lady and the shrill harpies of the left that Beckel so much idolizes.

I agree with Beckel. We probably got a look at a future president Wednesday night.

Chris Matthews said yesterday that Sarah Palin could be President some day.
Every now and then someone on the far left actually lets the truth slip out.

Beckel was on when the choice was being announced, and he looked like he was punched in the stomach. When pressed for an opinion, he basically said the Dems were in trouble.
To: DallasBiff
If we’re going to jump on the left for twisting the truth, we need to call it out on the right when we see it here as well. I saw the interview, he was clearly referring to Sarah Palin’s qualifications for that role - his comments weren’t related to her gender.
I disagree with him - and think she’s far more qualified with Obama, but it wasn’t a sexist remark at all - and you know it.
