Who didn’t know this? Nothing technologically advanced comes from Muslim dominated nations.... except suicide vests.

It had achieved the leap from the initial A-bomb test to a 3.3-megaton thermonuclear blast in a record-breaking 32 months. It had taken the US more than seven years to accomplish that feat. That's not due to their extraordinary IQ, it's due to their extraordinary espionage, theft, copying, etc.
The Chinese are still stealing technology and spying on everything civilian and military.

it turns out that the United States and the west were fully aware of Chinese nuclear weapons proliferation to Pakistan, including conducting a proxy test for it, as far back as 1990. Long before Clinton began calling the Chinese "strategic partners." In other words, Clinton knew that the Chinese were responsible for Pakistan's nuclear program even as he went through the dog and pony show of sanctions on Pakistan and India. China was the real reason Pakistan went nuclear, and Clinton knew it all along.

A lot sounds like conspiracy theories and misinformation. China and France sharing nuclear testing data? Doesn’t seem likely.
