You’re fooling yourself. He just threw away any hope of a decent convention bounce by rambling clueless about things that we already know without explaining what his vision is and how he intends to get there.

He just threw away any hope of a decent convention bounce by rambling clueless about things that we already know without explaining what his vision is and how he intends to get there. That's just exactly what Howard Wolfson, Hillary's communications director, is saying on Fox News right now.
I think you're both incorrect.

Agree to disagree.
McCain has his based as locked up as he is going to get it. There are some who will never come on board.
The speech tonight spoke to the "mushy middle" who don't like politics in Washington but are worried about turning the country over to an inexperienced community organizer. I think he hit his target pretty well.

(A man who served his country well vs. a walking Che poster. Is it really that tough a choice?)
Everyone has had their fill of speeches...time for Maverick McCain and his sidewinder Sarah to start the mission across the USA and git er done!
