LOL! Start worrying when he starts saying “Make it so” and “Tea, Earl Grey, hot” randomly. ;-)

(The only person that could get me to vote for John McCain is Sarah Palin -God bless her)
To: DrewsMum
The number of "Viva Reagan" signs in the Texas and California Delegations from 76-84 was tremendous. One of them also had an often repeated contrapuntal chant of:
(One half of the delegation): "VIVA!"
And the other half would respond "OLE!"
Look it up.

Amen...John, we are with you. Powerful!

To: plain talk
That was a powerful closing.
An effective speech. It worked.

On the other hand, I cant help being who *I* am, either, and, as a conservative, its hard not to feel deflated after last night.Don't get me wrong, I am right there with you! But I've also been stunned at McCain's excellent strategy along the way . . .
Actually, as I am writing this, he just ended, and it was really good!
To: All
Great finish to his speech. Very genuine and very unselfish and zero ego, unlike you know who.
To: Petronski
I’m downstairs in the kitchen. I fled the both of them as they were asking me questions about John McCain!

I agree. Also McCain’s speeking style and demeanor cannot be changed at his age. I think the speech is good for McCain. At least he has included some substance and policy issues in the speech, unlike Obama.

I am weeping. I can’t believe I ever thought for a second of not voting for this man.
I want to drive to my polling place and camp out for 2 months.
I sent an email to the website saying “Whatever I can do I’m yours for the next 2 months”
