What really baffles me is these idiots keep getting into trouble all over the place such as congressional hearings etc... Yet, they never seem to be in trouble.
How can they be allowed to roam around from state to state and create these incidents? In PA, if you get a DUI you are on probation and are not allowed to leave the state without talking to a probation officer ... How can people with numerous run-ins with the law keep showing up like waldo in a 100 page pop-up book?
