If Dr. Laura had stuck with the fact that she has a newborn with Downs Syndrome, I could agree with that. That’s why I was so surprised that she accepted the offer.
But she kept going on and on about the 17 year old, who has already promised to make right by not killing the baby and marrying the father. Seems that the Palins didn’t raise her so badly after all.
Bristol Palin has conducted herself with more maturity about this situation than Dr. Laura, who milked her private situation for airtime fodder.
Which just goes to show that no one is immune from PC politics.
The majority are not always wrong, no matter what you and Savage think.
Btw even Roy Masters thought that the Palin pick could be a great one, my jaw dropped, considering his views on women and men, but it's still early, and he said could be, not is.

OK. I’ve just read the whole thread and heard most of the show. I’m going to give Savage 50% credit. He’s correct that it would be BEST if Palin were to back out now. Savage is WRONG about Romney, though. To prove he’s a true maverick independent conservative, he needs to get Duncan Hunter or Coburn or Inhofe as running mate. If t has to be a woman, ,,,,, I’m still thinking about that. Phylliss Schlafly would be good, but she’s too old herself. Maybe Heather Wilson from New Mexico, but she’s only 50 to 75% pro-life..

I suggested that from the beginning, that way 2 rinos would fail, and if he did win in 2012 the GOP would definately pick someone other than those 2. I dont know if I'd vote for palin after she carried mccains water for 4 years

It’s beyond moaning. He’s actively calling on Gov.Palin to resign and for Mitt Romney to step in. I’d rather vote for Bae Yong Joon for president than a McCain/Romney ticket.
Interesting indeed, that must be why Savage had some ‘choice’ words against Buchanan on his show last night.
