A few of our resident photshop pros have looked at the photo and when blown up it looks to be an face added to the torso ... skin of face and neck do not match. The face image is from a well aired picture of Governor Palin in a fairly recent venue.
She probably knows better than to have her finger on the trigger while goofing off as well.
