What?! He praised Osama bin Laden? I didn’t hear that.”

Make that Obama. :) And yes he did in a round about way. He said that Obama is capable of good things in the future but what we need now is a strong president. “Eloquence is no substitute for experience.” or something to that effect.

I agree Obama is a very good speaker. I think highly of that ability of his. But Lieberman is right: eloquence is no substitute for experience!
