Thanks for posting an excellent write-up of the entire fuster-cluck.

The author points out that his belief is even though both are technically ineligible, neither will be prevented by it from being elected and serving, whoever wins.

I tend to think he is correct, but I believe Obama is far MORE than merely technically ineligible.

Check it out: Obama has been subtly telegraphing all along that his ineligibility is based not only on murky birth circumstances and overseas trips/residency/adoption/documentation/oaths, etc...

Obama has been rather openly showing us his “tells” from day one about where his LOYALTIES really are.

Indonesia and Kenya are exotic locales about as far removed from American values and soil and spirit and interests as you can get. Obama’s ties to those places, and in general to the Third World(hell, to any country other than the U.S. for that matter) can be read easily in his words and actions!!

He declares himself a “citizen of the world” while in Germany before a crowd of hundreds of thousands of foreigners, and proceeds to badmouth America there. He badmouths America everywhere he goes, for that matter! He won’t wear a flag pin until his back is to the wall, and he’s on video failing to put his hand over his heart during the National Anthem... Do I have to go on? Is there any question now? There’s more. His wife. His chosen church and pastor. His collaborators over the years, Ayers, Achmed so-and-so, geez...too much to keep typing about.

If there’s ever been a Presidential candidate whose technical ineligibility and OVERT behavior as regards his allegiance to America is to be disputed and refuted, it’s Obama. His divided loyalties should be entered into the record based not only on paper trails and travels and technicalities, but moreover on his contemptuous conduct toward his country, and his fondness for exotic foreign homesteads and interests, including those of our enemies.

The Constitution is pretty clear on the divided loyalty linchpin. Obama is ineligible by documentation AND demonstration.

McCain is simply too legit to quit—Hanoi holds no homefire for him. His heart is here.
