Nobody “has to” get married anymore. MY grandaughter is going to marry her babys father but after she gets out of school and they are better off financially. I think its a smart move.

I don't agree that adolescents cannot be coerced by their parents.

PLEASE, EVERYONE, LEARN TO READ! DON'T SEND ME HATEMAIL SAYING THAT I AM ACCUSING THE PALINS OF COERCING THEIR DAUGHTER! I AM SAYING THAT IT IS POSSIBLE FOR AN ADOLESCENT TO BE COERCED TO MARRY.

I don't know whether or not it could happen in these families any more than the rest of you do.

If there is someone on this thread who has longtime personal knowledge of this family, then I don't include you in my statement.
