I still like Palin, but, if true, this is not good.

I respectfully disagree. The only ones who will be turned off by this are the self-righteous among us. I would remind you of Jesus' words, "He who is without sin let him cast the first stone."

Anyone else is able to practice forgiveness and move on.

In my view this potential negative becomes a plus. Rather than hiding this little family problem, its front and center. Instead of 'aborting' the child - its keeping the child and an upcoming marriage as it should be.

And then there's the additional bonus of being able to put Bristol Palin up there, pregant, unmarried, no abortion, family sees this event as a blessing compared to Obambi's 'I don't want my daughters PUNISHED with a baby....."

It reaffirms the pro-life position people. Great bonus.

Within 24 hours we’ll be hearing she was impregnated against her will by the McCain campaign 5 months ago to get votes.

Yes, It appears you can trust Sarah. You don't have to keep your eye on her like other politicians.

The spirit of your post is so correct...but unfortunately, it appears that many here who claim to be forgiven of their sins seem feel they are without sin.

Just a quibble. There are only three passages contained in the new testament that all scholars of all persuasions are quite certain were not in the original documents. The prostitute being stoned and the above statement are one of those passages. It was added by a Catholic monk hundreds of years after the new testament was written. If you check the footnotes to your bible near that passage, you will probabably find a notation to that effect.
