“This is what convinced you that McCain has poor judgment? Unbelievable!!!”
Nope. I’ve been convinced for at least 4 years. If he wanted my support at a later date he should not have attacked the Swift Boat Vets for Truth. Unacceptable and he is unrepentant.
They're very comparable. Both involve conception out of wedlock.
Wasn’t Winston Churchill’s mother pregnant before she married?
” have not seen support for teen pregnancy”
Open your eyes.
Jenny was from Brooklyn, N.Y. — what do you think?
*Self Righteous idiotic poseurs on the Internet. ;-)
“You are willfully dishonest.
Rush never made that statement in regards to the Palin nomination.
Perhaps you need a time-out?”
I never said he did. I just related his opinion on pregnancy. It is not an accident.
Absolutely not. If the libs try to keep attacking Palin on stuff like this then McCain will garner more female votes.
McCain has trapped them in a big bear trap.
Bravo, Reagan Man.
And what's all wrong with this? The girl is having the baby. There is talk of marriage. Their family has come together to face this together, as a family, the way it is supposed to be. A "progressive" mom would've recommended an abortion and probably the means to carry out, along with a healthy dose of rhetoric affirming the young woman's right to master her body - not the baby's, never the baby's.
Somehow the MSM is reporting this as an example of Palin's moral failure when the real failure lies in the millions of abortions and destroyed families that is the lot of morally "neutral," so-called compassionate, progressive policies hypocritically spewed by self-righteous talking heads. That's where the moral and character failure lies.
Families have a right to come together and behave as families. Those of us who defend the rights of families to be the essential cells of society know this. This is what we are about. Pulin's daughter's pregnancy does not change my view of Ms. Pulin as a mother or as a basically decent human being.
Puh-lease.

I'll bet this happened when the kids were allowed to be alone on a date. If Todd Palin had a simple rule of not allowing the children to go on dates alone this would not have happened. That rule works every time, provided the daughter did not sneek out or something.
I said we accept the situation as it is among fallible beings. Biblically, you are known as a Pharisee. Look it up.
Meanwhile, reasoning with you being found a failure, goodbye and best wishes.
As was mine. I meant to write "the newbie" registered one day later than me.
So you are the arbiter of what is good for children, what is good for parents and what is good for society? Where do you garner the power to make such judgments? How many residents of this site do you suppose may have been the product of parents who may have been sexually active before marriage? How do you know that your parents weren't sexually active before they got married and just lucky that you weren't conceived beforehand? Or your older brother or sister for that matter.......
And for the record Houghton M., substantiated birth records from 1776 indicated that 30% of all births occured within 5 months of marriage...............Pre-mature births? Not likely........
I am Serious and BTW, Congratulations to Bristol
