That is the way I read it. Too bad, since Palin is helping him bring in the dollars. I hope there's a big spike in donations referencing Governor Palin. That should send the GOP a message about adhering to its CONSERVATIVE BASE.

I just donated and put Sarah Palin's name in the referral box. This after mailing McCain's plea for money back to him two months ago, marked up with big red Sharpie reading "not another dime! When you become a conservative I will become a donor".
