Schumer calls Palin a "Hail Mary" pick
DAYTON _ Sen. Charles Schumer is among the first out of the gates with Democratic reaction to the Sarah Palin selection.
"After the great success of the Democratic convention, the choice of Sarah Palin is surely a Hail Mary pass," Schumer said. "It is a real role of the dice and shows how John McCain, Karl Rove et al realize what a strong position the Obama-Biden team and Democrats in general are in in this election."

Hehe, most leftist blogs and forums I’ve seen so far are losing their minds over Palin. One of their first arguments is that she doesn’t have any experience to be President should something happen to “old” McCain.
That seems to be the best they can come up with. Other, lesser, arguments have been against her children. One went so far as to attempt disparage by calling her a “breeder”.
I didn’t think I could do it, but I will vote for McCain/Palin.
I must admit that does roll rather trippingly from the tongue. I especially love the way the Dems have been lured into bashing her for her "inexperience." They're neutering their own candidaate!

Completely ridiculous, isn’t it? They don’t bat an eye saying it though, that she’s inexperienced. Being mayor of that small town is 100% more executive experience than Obama.
