Hopefully it’s Romney. I’m thinking that it will be Pawlenty though.

Romney seems to help McCain in Florida, Michigan, Colorado, Nevada and New Hampshire.

Of the people rumored to be on the “short list” , he would appear to be the best bet.

Looks like Romney might be out... who knows?

I’m rooting for Palin BTW.

Either one is fine by me...not just because they'd be good candidates, but because they're GOVERNORS.

Enough with the senators, already.

I believe that if McCain picks Graham or Liberman it is proof that McCain wants America to have a President Obama!

Interesting link. Carl Cameron just confirmed on Fox that ALL Veep selections would converge in Dayton tomorrow which contradicts this report.

Definitely playing the media. I’m beginning to think the true pick may indeed be a dark horse like Palin or Cantor.

“I’m planning to be in Massachussetts” = “I’m not the guy”

It could just be a dodge.

I’m gloomily thinking it’s Pawlenty. I’m hoping, however, it’s Palin.

I will go on the FR record so to speak...hoping for Romney. In Missouri most of the old folks I have talked to that were solid conservatives before are not happy with McCain but would vote for him if he picked Romney. No one else even came close to helping the not enthused voter this time voter.

Its definitely a dodge since Fox confirmed ALL veep candidates would converge on Dayton tomorrow which would include Romney. They are definitely playing the media well!
