Let's start a comment and update page as we get more and more info coming in. We now know Hutchison is not the choice. She confirmed she was not the pick with Neil Cavuto about 45 minutes ago.
Fox News has also confirmed that all potential selections will be in Dayton tomorrow. And has confirmed that both Pawlenty and Romney cancelled appearances on their schedules.
Comments anyone???? Predictions???

All I can tell you about “Drew” is, something he said about an hour ago just got posted on Drudge in red minutes ago.
Drudge: TOP CONTENDERS TO GATHER IN DAYTON, NOON FRIDAY... WILL SHARE SAME STAGE...
So he sure seems to know someone on the inside.
When I went there earlier it bounced to Pawlenty. I’m getting a good feeling about this.
A Lt. Gov. not likely, but I sure wish Steele had won that Senate seat. I like him a lot, despite his one flaw (anti-death penalty).
Still not sure about who Drew is.
Now it says Pawlenty. LOL
Wow of all the female contenders left I sure hope its Palin. My choices were 1) Cantor 2) Palin 3) Pawlenty Sure hope Drew is right!!!!!!!!!! And that would FROST the DNC!
PALIN PALIN PALIN!
I don’t know if Sarah Palin will get the woman vote, but she’ll definitely get the MAN vote!
Thanks, Sillsfan!

Negative.
He said he was scheduled to be at the State Fair tomorrow.
Subtle but significant.
Really? I did it 20 times and I only got Lieberman and Romney.
Let me try this again.

I would like to note the the McCain campaign has been watching this blog for some time now. That in no way confirms Palin is the pick, but they have been following during the selection process.
Once they give leak information on the pick I will post it here immediately.

I finally got Pawlenty to come up. Ha! They’re having fun with this.
“Drew is a blogger on Sarah Palin for VP blog who claims to have an inside source with the RNC. Not McCain’s campaign- the RNC. Everything he’s said has later showed up on Drudge so it appears he’s legit. If so, the pick is definitely female.”
He’s a mole from inside Mccain’s camp , planting info to stir the pot ...
Actually, I quite agree with you. However, Fred decided to sleep through his own campaign, which ticked off his early supporters (including me).
Best,
Chris
“Palin is too young, to be honest.
She’s older than Obama and running for a lower office.”
Yes, but just like Obama is not qualified, being slightly older or more experienced than him still does not qualify one for President - which should be the standard for Vice-President
I don't know off the top of my head. Romney may have been more sucessful. However, running the government is not like running a business. In a business, you don't have to worry about violations of people's rights because employees can go to work somewhere else and stockholders can sell their stock. Plus, I want a guy with rock solid principles, regardless of his profession. Incidentally, most CEOs I know are country club Republicans that donate to Hutchinson, Guiliani, and people like that.
